Quiet Light & After-School Static: Contrasting Portraits

This set is all about quiet light and calm spaces. We shot by a brick building with big windows, letting the sun do most of the work. The white dress catches the highlights nicely, so we kept the posing simple—eyes up, hands relaxed, small shifts in posture. Close shots feel airy; wider frames use the lines of the wall and window to keep everything balanced. It’s slow, unhurried, and honest. Just good light, clean tones, and a steady mood.

Urban edge / sailor uniform + bat

This one leans more street and direct. Metal rails, rough wood, and a sharp uniform give us structure, and the bat brings a little attitude without trying too hard. We worked a mix of low angles and tight crops to keep the energy close, then pulled back for a few strong, centered stances. The blacks stay crisp, the highlights stay controlled, and the expressions do the talking. It feels ready to move, but nothing’s forced.
